De-addiction & Re-habilitation

Alchoholism or addiction of drug is the root of all the evils in our society. It is the hard truth the directly or indirectly most of us are suffering from this disease. Unfortunately it affects young generation the most. It is our duty to get rid of this disease. It is a family disease because it affects whole family as parents, spouse, children. It makes the surroundings hell. It is very disgusting that we don't know the way to come out of it. For this SAHAJ SAMBHAV (NGO) is doing its efforts to aware the people who are suffering from the disease that it can be cured. WHO has proved that Alchoholism or addiction of drug is a disease. Our NGO SAHAJ SAMBHAV is working for this type of patients and also for those who have became homeless. Our effort is to rehabilitate them and restart their life. We appeal the people to come forward to help this section of society by giving them medication, moral support and confidence, so that they can lead a normal life with their dependents and love ones. Hoping for better tomorrow to welcome the happiness to come in their lives.

How We Treat

Our Objective:

To enable a chemical dependent to devolop a responsibility and mature life style which facilitates sobriety and a positive production in society. For this SAHAJ SAMBHAV provides a drug free environment which helps to
  • 1. Develop a sense of discipline, commitment,responsibility and self confidence.
  • 2. Improve relationship with family members and others.
  • 3. Provide vocational guidance.

Treatment Plan

The entire treatment programme would be for about 100 days.

1 to 10 days


Withdrawal symptoms are handled.

Drug free state is achieved minor medical problems attended to improve his physical condition under the supervision of doctor and medical staff. It was as from the condition of patient.

11 to 20 days

  Start writing autobiography

He has to write about himself and his experiences from his childhood till now.

21 to 25 days

  Sharing his autobiography with his counselor and work on it with suggestion of the councelor.

26 to 50


Writing his 1st step.

"We admitted that we were powerless over our addiction, that our lives had become unmanageable."

Sharing in the group to find his powerlessness and unmanageability.

51 to 70 days

 Writing and sharing his 2nd step.

"We come to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us, to sanity."

Sharing with his concern counselor. Take help where he ready to take help.

71 to 80 days

  Writing and sharing 3rd step.

We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him". With the counselor when he start surrendering his will to God.

81 to 90 days

  To work on relapse prevention plan. Making commitment with family members of centre to prevent relapse.

91 to 100 days

  Introduction to N.A. or A.A. meeting. To have a sponsor for further progress.
